VILLA is available in two depths, five lengths and is built with modules. Depending on how much space you need, you can choose between VILLA 300 with a depth of 3 meters or VILLA 370 with a depth of 3.7 meters. You choose which front panels you want and how you combine them - just like designing a kitchen. You also have the option of adding an integrated porch.

The VILLA back panel can be adapted to caravans of all sizes. This ensures a tight and precise fit and makes it possible to use the awning freestanding without a caravan.

The VILLA is a freestanding tent and can stand alone if you unhitch the caravan and drive away (requires additional option for a back piece). You experience the freedom to stay at the same campsite year after year, while having the option to unhitch the caravan and take it with you on your travels. The VILLA is equipped with a foam cushion that fits against the caravan and a connecting piece between the roof of the VILLA and the caravan, so it can be used on all sizes of caravans (smaller caravans may require special customization).

That's why the VILLA is made of Isabella's unique Isacrylic material, a high-quality dyed-through acrylic that maintains optimal colorfastness. This means the colors of your VILLA are UV-resistant and will remain intact for years.
Isacrylic is a breathable material, which ensures an optimal indoor climate in the VILLA. Isacrylic is also impregnated, so the tent fabric is easy to clean and rainwater " drips" off the surface.

If you want space for kitchen cabinets, washing machine, TV table and so on, we recommend choosing VILLA 370 with an extra depth of 70 cm.

Depending on how much space you need, you can choose between VILLA 300 with a depth of 3 meters or VILLA 370 with a depth of 3.7 meters. You can also choose from 5 lengths from 550 to 950 cm to suit your caravan and your permanent campsite.

#12: Solid floor

Isabella VILLA always stands on a solid base for optimal stability and comfort. The solid floor lifts the VILLA awning off the ground and protects it from moisture and cold, creating a dry and comfortable indoor climate. #13: Optional underfloor heating

Add underfloor heating to your VILLA awning for even, comfortable warmth all year round. Isabella underfloor heating provides warm feet in the off-season and works ideally to complement a heater. 
The system consists of a heating cable made of aluminum plates that spread heat efficiently and keep your feet warm - even on the coldest days. You can choose to place the heating plates in selected places, such as at the dining table or around the coffee table in the living area.

Light is life, and the large windows in VILLA, combined with white curtains, create a bright and cozy living space. You choose which front and side panels you want and how you combine them to meet your needs. 
You also have the option of adding an open or closed veranda as an extension of your VILLA. A porch can serve as a cozy patio for summer evenings, a place to barbecue, or shelter from the entrance on windy days.
The VILLA is also equipped with external flaps that you can easily zipper over the windows for extra insulation on cold days or if you leave your VILLA for a longer period of time. The practical flaps can be easily rolled up and stored under a cover when not in use. In addition, the overhang all around prevents dirt and dust from running down the windows.
