    Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and France:
    1 to 3 working days.
    Rest of Europe:
    3-5 working days.
    North America:
    15-21 working days.

    Belgium: choice between DPD, Bpost or PostNL - choice between home delivery or delivery at pick-up location
    Netherlands: choice between DPD or PostNL - choice between home delivery or delivery at pickup location

2. Return policy (Right of withdrawal)

  • Return time: You have the right to cancel your order up to 21 days after receipt without giving a reason.
  • Prerequisites: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return costs: The cost of return shipping from your address to the webshop is for your own account.
  • Refund: The full order amount (including any initial shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days of notification, provided the product has been received back.
