Shipping within Belgium and the United Kingdom:

  • For orders under £50.00, we ask for a contribution towards the shipping costs.
  • Orders over £50.00 are shipped free of charge.
  • You can see the shipping costs for your order at the bottom of your shopping basket before you checkout. Simply enter your country in 'Calculate shipping costs' and click on 'View'. For some countries, you will also need to enter your postcode.

International shipping and VAT rates:

  • Yes, we ship internationally.
  • Select your country at the bottom of your shopping cart to immediately see the shipping costs.
  • When you select your country, the VAT rate for that country is automatically applied, in accordance with EU regulations.

Shipping and payment:

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving payment for items that are in stock. Items that we need to order from our supplier will be delivered within 3 to 10 working days. If this takes longer than expected, we will contact you and look for the most suitable solution.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at the bottom of your shopping basket.
  • Free shipping within Belgium and the United Kingdom from £50.00.

Returns or cancellations:

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of receipt.
  • Unstamped or insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted.
