Shipping to the United States
For items available for shipping to the United States, shipping costs €150 EUR per order, regardless of order value. Free shipping does not apply to the USA. Estimated delivery is 15–20 business days. Shipping is converted to your checkout currency when paying in another currency.

    €5.95 shipping fee. Free shipping on orders of €75.00 or more.
    Rest of Europe:
    Shipping is always €11.99.
    United States (USA):
    €150.00 shipping fee.

    Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France:
    1 to 3 business days.
    Rest of Europe:
    3–5 business days.
    United States (USA):
    15–20 business days.

    Belgium: Choose between DPD, Bpost, or PostNL—choose between home delivery or delivery to a pickup location
    Netherlands: Choose between DPD or PostNL—choose between home delivery or delivery to a pickup location
    Germany and France: DPD – choice between home delivery or delivery to a pickup location
    Rest of Europe: DPD – choice between home delivery or delivery to a pickup location
    United States (USA): PostNL – home delivery only

2. Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

  • Return period: You have the right to cancel you order up to 21 days after receipt without giving a reason.
  • Terms and Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item from your address to the online store.
  • Refunds: The full order amount (including any initial shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days of your return request, provided the product has been received.
