How do I use my CADAC pizza stone?
- Use the pizza stone in combination with the pan & lid of the BBQ.
- Sprinkle with some flour so the bottom won't stick.
- Don't put frozen pizza on the stone.
- The baking time depends on all kinds of conditions such as the thickness of the bottom, chosen ingredients, weather conditions, etc.
- If the pizza cooks too quickly, turn off the burner and let it cook with the lid on.
- The stone can also be placed on the BBQ grill; the baking process then takes a little longer. Please note that the grid may be damaged if the stone slides.
- Never immerse the stone in water, but wipe it clean with a (wet) cloth.
- Don't use detergent!
- It is normal for the pizza stone to darken and stain from use.
