How does it work?
For best results, preheat or cool the bottle for about 3 minutes with cold or warm water, then empty the bottle. Fill the food flask with food, leaving enough space at the top for the lid. Screw the lid on by hand, but do not use force, as temperatures will affect the opening of the food flask.
