Paella Braai: a variation on the Skottelbraai
The Paella Braai is a popular variation of the original CADAC Skottelbraai.
The base is the same:lightweightaluminumlegs that are easy to unscrew. Instead of a Skottel, this grill comes with a professionalpaella pan. The Paella Pan, with a diameter of 47 cm, is made of high-quality materials and features a ceramic(GreenGrill)coatingfor healthier cooking. Ideal for stir-frying thanks to its high, raised edges.
The Paella Braai comes with a pan holder and a paella pan.
There’s no lid that fits the Skottelbraai or Paella Braai.
