Returns: Simple & Customer-Friendly

Dear customer,

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you decide that you want to return an item, we are happy to make the process as simple and transparent as possible for you.

 How do you return an item?

  1. Register your return: Contact us within 21 days of receipt via the contact form to register your return.
    Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the item: Make sure the item is returned in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received it.
    Add a copy of the invoice or the order confirmation.
  3. Send your return: Send the package to our return address:

The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense (unfranked or insufficiently franked shipments will not be accepted), unless the item was delivered incorrectly, received damaged, or defective. In that case, we will work together to find an appropriate solution.

Receive your refund: As soon as we have received and inspected your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used within 14 days. If the product is damaged, incorrectly delivered, or defective, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

Important:

Make sure to keep the shipping receipt until your return is fully processed.

Sale items and gift vouchers or purchases made with gift vouchers cannot be returned.
