Thule Cappy Car Harness for Dogs – Crash-Tested & Comfortable

The harness attaches directly to the vehicle’s seatbelt system. Simply thread the seatbelt through the loops on the back of the harness. Unlike a loose chain or seatbelt extender, this keeps you dog closer to the seatbelt and limits forward movement in the event of sudden braking or a collision.

This not only helps protect you dog but also reduces the risk that a loose dog could endanger other passengers in the event of an accident. In some regions, it’s also required by law to securely fasten pets while driving.
