Do you need a lid to grill with the SKOTTI Grill? No! But could the SKOTTI Cap still be the perfect accessory for you? Yes! This is because the SKOTTI Cap is not just a lid that makes grilling in windy places easier. It can also be set up and used multifunctionally, depending on the situation and the food to be grilled: if you assemble two or three of the five stainless steel parts together, it can be converted into a simple windscreen. You can also attach a rotisserie with just three or all four side parts. The SKOTTI Cap is closed at the top and open on one side and can transform your SKOTTI Grill into a pizza oven. All five parts together form a complete lid. This way, you can prepare many recipes that go beyond typical grilling of steak or sausage, such as those for baking bread, pizza, fish, meat and vegetable skewers, corn on the cob, or larger pieces that require a longer cooking time.

The unique selling point: The handle of the SKOTTI Cap can also be used as a grill tong: insert the bamboo wood of the barbecue tong through two cutouts in the long sides, so that the cap can be lifted safely. From now on, you never have to think about what to do with your tong while grilling. And because functionality is also our passion, we have also integrated a sturdy bottle opener into the 8 mm thick aluminum head of the grill tong.

The individual parts of the SKOTTI Cap are delivered in their own tarp bag. If desired, they can later be transported together with your SKOTTI Grill, with all parts passing together in the grill bag.
